UK Sales Assistant

Quarto is a leading global publisher of inspiring and award-winning adult and children’s books. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key part in showcasing our books to a wide range of avid readers, as well as keeping our sales operations running like clockwork to provide the best service to our customers.

Salary

Starting from £25,500 per annum.

 

Working hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09.30 am to 5.30 pm. We currently operate a discretionary hybrid model, with three days in our London office and two working from home.

Occasional weekend/evening work to support sales events may be required with time off in lieu.

About the role

As the UK Sales Assistant, you will provide crucial support across the UK Sales team, assisting with the day-to-day activities and operations of the team to help maximise sales and contribute to our success.

What you will be involved in:

  • Undertaking administrative tasks for the UK Sales team
  • Processing orders for customers, authors, and others
  • Maintaining databases and other sales applications
  • Supporting sales team member/sales agents by addressing queries promptly
  • Providing information as needed for key customers
  • Organising sales related events, attending key trade shows, and handling follow-up activities
  • Assisting with the production and distribution of sales materials and publications
