Campaigns Executive

We have a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic book lover and can-do person to join our vibrant campaigns team as a Campaigns Executive on our Adults books list.
Contract
Fixed term contract to 20th December 2024, part time.
Salary
From £16,200 per annum on a part time basis (FTE from £27,000 per annum).

Working hours
21 hours per week, 3 days a week, 9.30am – 5.30pm. We can be flexible regarding which days of the week you work. We currently operate a discretionary hybrid model, with 1 day in our London office and two working from home.
About the role
The Campaigns Executive will work across both marketing and PR (including social media and online advertising) and across the full Quarto Adult publishing list, including our prestigious imprints Frances Lincoln, White Lion, Carnival, Ivy Press and Leaping Hare. The Campaigns Executive will manage their own projects from creation to implementation, assist the Campaigns Director, and contribute to the overall promotional strategy and output of the team. It is an exciting and rewarding role that will give the successful candidate a wealth of experience within a global publishing company.
What you will be involved in:
- Devising and implementing trade and consumer campaigns for a variety of titles and specific categories
- Content creation – from POS to social assets and press releases
- Assist with the management of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Management of Amazon A+ pages
- Manage the title submissions for the Bookseller Buyers Guide
- Arrange author tours and events and liaise with key UK festivals
- Liaise with our US marketing team
- Compile seasonal catalogues and any other sell-in materials
About you
You will be an enthusiastic book lover with campaigns or PR experience, with a can-do attitude, who is highly organised and ready to gain a wealth of experience within a global publishing company.
You will be able to show you can:
- You will have a minimum of 18 months experience in book campaigns or PR
- Manage your own projects from creation to implementation
- Manage platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Amazon A+ pages
- Contribute to the overall promotional strategy and output of the team
- Devise and implement trade and consumer campaigns for a variety of titles and specific categories
- Arrange author tours and events
- Organise your own work effectively
- Work independently and proactively
- Develop creative and well-thought-out campaigns plans
- Maintain an excellent level of attention to detail
- Communicate effectively to a large range of stakeholders, including high profile authors.
- Use your attention to detail to maintain high standards of service
